Introduction of Hoa Sen Nghe An One Member Limited Liabilities Company
Hoa Sen Nghe An One Member Limited Liabilities Company is one of the member companies of Hoa Sen Group Joint Stock Company, was established on June 12, 2015. The headquarters and main factory is located in Lot 1-8, Dong Hoi Industrial Park, Quynh Lap Commune, Hoang Mai Town, Nghe An Province, Vietnam. The Company's principal activities in the current year are the manufacture and sale of metal roofing sheets.
On june 19, 2015, Hoa Sen Nghe An One Member Limited Liabilities Company officially commenced Hoa Sen Nghe An Factory Project with total capacity of production lines up to 01 million tons of products per year on an area of 45ha, with total project investment of VND 7,000 billion. After nearly one year of implementation, in June 2016, the first phase of Hoa Sen Nghe An Factory Project was completed and put into operation with 03 lines: NOF Galvanizing line No. 01 with design capacity of 400,000 tons per year, Color Coating Line No. 01 with designed capacity of 120,000 tons per year, Slitting line with designed capacity of 150,000 tons per year. This result enhances Hoa Sen Group's production and supply capacity in North Central market as well as export to other countries in the world.
Following the success of the first phase of Hoa Sen Nghe An Factory, in October 2016, Nghe An One Member Limited Liabilities Company continued to implement the second phase from October 2016. By the end of May 2017, Nghe An One Member Limited Liabilities Company has been put into operation 02 production lines: Rust removal lines with a capacity of 800,000 tonnes/ year (February 2017), NOF Galvanizing line No. 02 with capacity of 400,000 tonnes/ year (April 2017), Cold rolling line 1 with capacity of 400,000 tons per year (June 2017) and continue to complete the installation of Cold rolling line 02, Color Coating Line No. 02, Acid Regeneration, Border Cutting, Slitting line No. 02, NOF Galvanizing line No. 03. It is expected that after the completion of the second phase by the end of 2017, total production capacity of Hoa Sen Nghe An One Member Limited Liabilities Company will reach about 1,000,000 tons per year.
With the goal of fast and sustainable development, in parallel with the implementation of investment to put the production chain into operation soon, the control of product quality from input materials to the output products is strictly implemented by the company with modern machines and equipment. Output products of Hoa Sen Nghe An One Member Limited Liabilities Company has met the strict requirements of the European and American markets.
In September, 2016, after 3 months of operation officially, Hoa Sen Nghe An One Member Limited Liabilities Company exported 6,000 tons of finished steel sheet products to Mexico (America). In May 2017, the company successfully exported 12,000 tons of finished products to Europe, France, Belgium and Spain. This event reconfirms that the quality of the products under the Hoa Sen brand are strong enough to compete in any market in the world.
With the goal of becoming Hoa Sen Group's construction materials production center in the North Central region, in October 2016, Hoa Sen Nghe An One Member Limited Liabilities Company merged with Hoa Sen Nam Cam Nghe An One Member Limited Liabilities Company (a member company of Hoa Sen Group). After the merger, Hoa Sen Nam Cam Nghe An One Member Limited Liabilities Company was officially renamed Branch of Hoa Sen Nghe An One Member Limited Liabilities Company in Nam Cam.
