Thailand Extends Antidumping Duties on Steel Pipe Imports from Vietnam

Thailand’s Committee of Dumping and Subsidy has decided to extend antidumping (AD) duties on certain steel pipe products from Vietnam for another five years, effective January 12, 2026.

The committee concluded that removal of the duties would likely result in the continuation or recurrence of dumping of the subject products into the Thai market.

The AD duty rates, calculated on a CIF basis, vary by exporter. Duties range from 6.27 percent to 39.94 percent for named Vietnamese producers, while all other exporters face a duty of 52.16 percent. The decision aims to protect domestic producers from unfairly priced imports.
