The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has issued the final results of its administrative review of antidumping duties on heavy-walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Mexico, covering the period from September 1, 2023, through August 31, 2024.

DOC determined that Forza Steel S.A. de C.V. and Productos Laminados de Monterrey (Prolamsa) sold the subject products in the US at less than normal value during the review period.

Forza Steel received a final weighted-average dumping margin of 31.23%, unchanged from the preliminary result. Prolamsa's margin increased slightly to 7.45%, from 7.42%.

Five companies not individually examined — Buffalo Tube, Fortacero, Maquilacero, Perfiles y Herrajes LM and Regiomontana de Perfiles y Tubos — were assigned a review-specific rate of 16.84%, up from 16.81%.

For all other producers and exporters, the applicable cash deposit rate remains 4.91%. The final rates will apply to relevant entries following publication of the final results.
