EAEU Extends Antidumping Duties on Chinese Seamless OCTG Until End-2026

The Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) has announced the extension of antidumping duties on seamless oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from China until December 21, 2026, inclusive.

The measure, which had been scheduled to expire on April 26, 2026, was extended following the launch of a repeated antidumping investigation on December 22, 2025, initiated after a formal request to the EEC’s Department for Internal Market Protection.

The extension ensures that the existing duties—ranging from 12.23% to 31%, depending on the manufacturer—remain in force, while authorities assess whether removing the measures would likely lead to continued dumping and injury to the domestic industry.

The repeated investigation will determine whether the duties should be maintained, amended, or terminated, with conclusions expected later in 2026.
