JFE Steel, a leading steel manufacturer from Japan, is set to make its debut in the real estate and construction sector by providing environmentally friendly steel products branded as JGreeX™. Their inaugural project involves supplying JGreeX™ steel for the construction of the Suidobashi PREX office building, a venture spearheaded by the Japan-based electric services giant, Sumitomo Corporation.
This groundbreaking initiative signifies the first time JFE Steel will cater to the needs of the real estate and construction industry. The construction project, to be executed by renowned Japanese construction firm Kumagai Gumi, is slated to commence in December of this year and is projected to reach completion by March 2025.
