Thailand Imposes Antidumping Duties on Vietnamese Cold Rolled Stainless Steel

Thailand’s Ministry of Commerce has finalized its antidumping (AD) investigation on cold rolled stainless steel from Vietnam, ruling that Vietnamese imports were being dumped, causing injury to the domestic industry.

As a result, AD duties have been imposed for five years:

  • 9.95% of CIF price for Yongjin Metal Technology and Tan Viet Metal Technology

  • 29.40% of CIF price for all other Vietnamese exporters

The affected products have a thickness of 0.3–3.0 mm and a width of ≤1,320 mm, falling under various HS codes, including 7219.32, 7219.33, 7219.34, 7219.35, 7219.90, 7220.20, and 7220.90.
