Ukraine’s Interdepartmental Commission on International Trade (ICIT) has initiated a sunset review of antidumping (AD) duties on seamless stainless steel pipes from China, following a request from domestic producer Centravis.
The review will assess whether ending the measures would likely result in the continuation or resumption of dumping and material injury to Ukraine’s domestic industry. The current AD duty stands at 41.07%.
The investigation covers products classified under customs codes 7304 41 00 90, 7304 49 93 00 and 7304 49 95 00. The commission stated that maintaining the measures is being examined to ensure consistency with national economic interests.
