The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has concluded that AG der Dillinger Hüttenwerke, a German steel producer, did not dump certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate in the US market during the latest administrative review period.

The review covered imports between May 1, 2023, and April 30, 2024.

Following the investigation, the department determined a weighted-average dumping margin of 0.00% for Dillinger, confirming that the company’s products were not sold at less than normal value in the US market.

The result aligns with the preliminary findings previously issued by the DOC, meaning that no antidumping duties will be applied to the reviewed shipments from the German producer during the period under review.

The administrative review is part of the ongoing US antidumping duty order covering certain carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate imports from Germany.
