The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the final results of its sunset review of the antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders on carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod imported from China.

The DOC concluded that revoking the existing AD and CVD orders would likely result in the continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to the US steel industry. As a result, the measures will remain in force.

According to the findings, dumping margins range from 106.19% to 110.25%, while subsidy rates are between 178.46% and 193.31%.

The products covered by the orders are classified under multiple HTSUS codes, including 7213.91, 7213.99, and 7227.20, among others.
