The US Department of Commerce has released the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube (LWRPT) from Mexico, covering the period from August 1, 2023, to July 31, 2024.
The DOC preliminarily found dumping by Mexican exporters, assigning weighted-average dumping margins of 11.77 percent for Perfiles LM, 7.70 percent for Regiomontana de Perfiles y Tubos, and 9.66 percent for several other producers, including Ternium Mexico.
The department also rescinded the review for 12 companies after determining that they had no reviewable entries of the subject merchandise during the period examined.
Final results are expected following further analysis and stakeholder comments.
