The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has amended its final antidumping determination on imports of certain circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand, following a ruling by the United States Court of International Trade (CIT).

The revision applies to Saha Thai Steel Pipe Public Company Limited, for which the DOC has now assigned a final dumping margin of 0%, after concluding that its earlier determination was not in harmony with the court’s decision.

The CIT issued its final ruling on February 4, 2026, covering the investigation period from March 1, 2018, to February 28, 2019. In the original decision, the DOC had calculated a weighted-average dumping margin of 37.55% for the company.
