The US Department of Commerce has announced the final results of its antidumping duty review on carbon and alloy steel wire rod imports from South Korea, covering the period from May 1, 2023, to April 30, 2024.
The review found that POSCO and POSCO International Corporation did not sell products below normal value, resulting in a final weighted-average dumping margin of 0.00%.
This marks a revision from the preliminary margin of 0.51%, effectively clearing the companies of dumping practices during the review period.
The decision indicates that no additional antidumping duties will be applied to the companies’ exports of the subject products to the United States for the period under review.
