The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has released the preliminary results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on prestressed concrete strand (PC strand) from Malaysia for the period June 1, 2023 – May 31, 2024.
The DOC preliminarily found that Kiswire Sdn. Bhd. and Wei Dat Steel Wire Sdn. Bhd. did not sell PC strand at prices below normal value during the period under review. The review was rescinded in part for one company with no reviewable entries.
The DOC also preliminarily determined weighted-average dumping margins of 0% for Kiswire, Wei Dat, and Southern PC Steel Sdn. Bhd.
