The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced preliminary results in its countervailing duty review of oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from South Korea.
The review covers January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023.
The DOC found that SeAH Steel Corporation did not receive meaningful countervailable subsidies during the review period.
The company was assigned a de minimis subsidy rate of 0.13%.
The review was partially rescinded for four additional South Korean producers after review requests were withdrawn.
