Vietnam’s Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) has initiated a review of antidumping duties on prestressed concrete steel wire strand (PC strand) imported from Malaysia, Thailand, and China.
The review covers the period from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, following a request submitted by Chinese producer Boxing Victory Metal Materials.
Currently, antidumping duties on PC strand imports from the three countries range from 9.79% to 28%, depending on the exporter. The review will assess whether adjustments to the existing duty levels are warranted.
The products concerned are classified under HS codes 7312.10.91 and 7312.10.
