The US Department of Commerce has announced the final results of its antidumping duty (AD) review on steel rebar imports from Turkey, confirming that certain exporters sold products below normal value.
The review, covering the period from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024, resulted in a final dumping margin of 18.87% for Çolakoğlu Metalurji.
Meanwhile, the DOC rescinded the review for İçdaş Çelik Enerji and Kaptan Demir Çelik after determining that no relevant exports were made during the review period.
The decision reinforces U.S. efforts to protect domestic producers from unfairly priced imports, with the affected products classified under multiple HTSUS codes.
