According to the latest data released by Vietnam's General Department of Customs, the steel exports of Vietnam witnessed a significant increase in May this year. The total amount of steel exported reached 1,133,465 metric tons, showing a growth of 16.4 percent compared to the previous month, April.
Furthermore, when considering the January to May period of this year, Vietnam experienced a positive trend in steel exports. During this period, the country's steel exports expanded by 10.4 percent, amounting to 4.38 million metric tons, in comparison to the same timeframe in the previous year.
