The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has announced the launch of an administrative review covering certain carbon steel welded pipe imported from Pakistan, the Philippines, Turkey, and Vietnam.

The review will update normal values and export prices for the products in question. If exporters fail to provide sufficient information by November 5, 2025, the antidumping duties will remain at:

  • 66.8% for Pakistan and the Philippines

  • 45.8% for Turkey

  • 54.2% for Vietnam

The products under review fall under HS codes 7306.30.00.42 through 7306.30.00.69, as specified by the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) in its October 16, 2024 ruling.

The CBSA’s decision could significantly impact welded pipe imports into Canada, a market already closely monitored for unfair trade practices.
